APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
MOBILE PHONES We kindly ask that you switch your phone to silent during your appointment. Our work requires a high level of focus and precision, and we aim to create a calm, relaxing environment for all clients while in the salon.
NEW CLIENTS If it’s your first visit to the salon, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and using the restroom. A digital consent form will be sent to all new clients 48 hours before the appointment — please ensure it’s completed at least 24 hours prior to your booking so it doesn’t cut into your treatment time.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON as a courtesy to all other clients and for the safety of your children, we ask that you make child care arrangements for your appointment time at The Lash spot.
LASH APPOINTMENTS
CLEAN LASHES for all lash extension services, please remove eye makeup with an oil-free remover or lash cleanser prior to your appointment, or arrive early at the salon so that you are able to do so.
CAFFEINE Please avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment. Caffeine is a stimulant that can make it harder to relax and may cause fluttery eyelids — which can be dangerous, as your lash artist is working with sharp tweezers near your eyes. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
INFILL APPOINTMENTS To be considered for an infill appointment, it must be booked within 2–4 weeks of your last visit. Appointments booked after 4 weeks will require a full set of lashes.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, but we kindly request at least 24 hours notice, so that we can offer your time slot to another client.
No appointment cancellations or changes are permitted within 24 hours of your appointment.
failure to give us at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
ARRIVING LATE
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you're running late, please call or text the salon on 0424 252 743 as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but please note that arriving late may mean we’re unable to complete your full service. In some cases, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client. You will be charged the total amount of the service that was booked in for.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to absolutely love your brow & lashes, and your experience with every lash artist at The lash spot. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within three days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues. Your feedback is important to us, and we're here to help in any way we can.
AFTERCARE
Clients are expected to follow all aftercare instructions. Improper aftercare can result in clients being unsatisfied with retention results, infections or allergic reaction. The Lash Spot is in no way responsible for these issues if you have not followed our aftercare instructions.
