• No caffeine on the day of your appointment
• Infill appointments must book within 2-4 week time frame, anything over 4 weeks will be charge full set price

ADDRESS: 31 Crombie Avenue, Bundall

We are located next to Up Espresso, There is free car parking available out the front or 2hrs street parking Monday - Friday 9am-4pm.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

We accept CASH and EFTPOS (please note if you are paying by card there is a 2.9% Card Fee)

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling, No show, or missing your appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee equal to 50% of the booking.
This fee is non refundable. 

LATE ARRIVAL

Call or text 0424252743 If you are running late to an appointment. We will try to accommodate you as best we can, however, cannot guarantee to perform full service due to that late arrival. You will be charged the total amount of the service that was booked in for.

WAITLIST

If you cannot find any available date or time that suits you, message us or pop your name down on our waitlist online with a date and time you.

PROMOTIONS & GIFT VOUCHERS

We occasionally send out offers to clients who opt-in to our marketing mailing list. These are valid until the promotion expiry date. 

Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. The Lash Spot is not responsible for lost/ stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/ stolen. Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied or having issues with your service contact The Lash Spot at any time. Your feedback is important to us, and we want the best service outcome for our clients. No refunds are given for services rendered; however, we will be happy to look over any concerns & touch-ups to your liking. (There will be no complimentary touch-ups if the client hasn't followed The Lash Spot aftercare advice given.)

AFTERCARE

Clients are expected to follow all aftercare instructions. By confirming your appointment, you are agreeing to be 100% accountable for your aftercare - improper aftercare can result in clients being unsatisfied with results, infections or allergic reaction. The Lash Spot is in no way responsible for these issues if you have not followed our aftercare instructions.
